Your subscription covers the ReadyFix Hub platform and the maintenance coordination service: the tenant repair portal, triage, contractor allocation from our approved network, quote approvals, tenant updates and the full maintenance record for each property. What the subscription covers

Platform access for your team, tenant reporting, triage, contractor coordination, approvals, updates, evidence and property maintenance history.

What is quoted separately

The repair works themselves — labour, materials and any extras. You approve the price before chargeable work proceeds, except where an agreed emergency authority applies.

✓Prices shown are the total you pay. ReadyFix Hub is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
✓Paid plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time, with access running to the end of the paid period. No minimum term.
✓Change plan or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
✓No setup fee for landlords and letting agents.
✓Maintenance works are quoted and approved separately — you only pay for repairs you approve.
✓Repairs are carried out by contractors approved against ReadyFix onboarding requirements.
